Message	not definite it's your problem but not uncommon. check both sides, a give away will be score marks on the pipe not to mention it will be loose... if it is that you may have to take it off and widen the pipe, i uses pliers and pushed then in and turned a few times, then replaced with a little gasket sealant. then again it could be an issue with the cable (or as said above) the TB's, always work keeping them clean.. :¬) if it's not any of those, check in the foot well that nothing is obstruction it there (you didn't mention if the pedal goes soft or stays down). good luck..
